The name of Vasyl Bezkorovainyi in Ukraine during the Soviet period could not be mentioned because of his emigration. During the Second World War, together with his family, the composer went to Vienna, and from 1949 he lived in the United States. Vasyl was born in Ternopil, where he began to study music.
