Geneviève Stronska. Biography
Geneviève Stronska is a Ukrainian composer and sound designer.
Born in Kyiv. She received her primary education at the Kyiv Children's Music School in the piano class, where she also had her first composition classes. Then she studied at the Kiev Reinhold Glier Music School in the theory department. After graduating from college, she took composition lessons from Serhiy Pilyutikov for two years. From 2021 to 2025, she studied at the National Academy of Music of Ukraine at the Department of Composition in the class of composer Iryna Aleksiychuk. In 2022-2023, she participated in the Erasmus+ international exchange program, within the framework of which she studied composition at the Nino Rota Conservatory (Monopoli, Italy).
Works in the field of acoustic, electroacoustic and electronic music, and also creates visual and sound projects. Takes photographs and sometimes draws. In 2021, she became the winner of the International Art Competition "Draw UA". Ideological founder and co-organizer of the concerts "Unknown Music of Ukraine" (2021, UP "Intelligence") and "Urbanistic Inevitability" (2025, Vere Music Fund).

Женев'єв Стронська – українська композиторка та саунд-дизайнерка.
Народилася в Києві. Початкову освіту отримала у Дитячій музичній школі Києва по класу фортепіано, там же були і перші заняття з композиції. Потім навчалася в Київському музичному училищі імені Рейнгольда Глієра на теоретичному відділі. Після закінчення коледжу впродовж двох років, брала уроки композиції у Сергія Пілютикова. З 2021 по 2025 рік навчалася у Національній Музичній Академії України на кафедрі композиції в класі композиторки Ірини Алексійчук. У 2022-2023 брала участь в програмі міжнародного обміну Erasmus+, у межах якої студіювала композіцію в Консерваторії Ніно Рота (Монополі, Італія).
